- I had this problem as well. If you put the line CtrlD=0 in your
- win.ini in the [postscript] section (or whatever section your
- printer setup appears), windows will suppress the Ctrl-D in the
- output. This seems to cause my setup to print an extra blank page
- but, its much nicer than many pages of postscript code. I think
- this info can be found in the printers.wri file.
