  22. I had this problem as well. If you put the line CtrlD=0 in your
  23. win.ini in the [postscript] section (or whatever section your
  24. printer setup appears), windows will suppress the Ctrl-D in the
  25. output. This seems to cause my setup to print an extra blank page
  26. but, its much nicer than many pages of postscript code. I think
  27. this info can be found in the printers.wri file.
