  15. Does anyone make a POSIX-compliant library for DOS?  How much of POSIX
  16. is IPC, process control, and other things that wouldn't make a lot of
  17. sense under DOS?

  19. Does the GNU C++ for DOS have a POSIX library?

  21. The purpose of this question is that I need to write a mail gateway that
  22. may need to run under DOS, Windows/NT, and UNIX.  Writing the core of
  23. the application to just POSIX seemed like a safe strategy.
