  19. $60/hr isn't enough to cover the cost of having a guy answer the
  20. phone?  Lemme see now, that's around $10,800 a month.  Hell, if MS
  21. wants to pick up the cost of putting in the phones and stuff, I'd work
  22. for $11k/month.

  25. enough to make up for the ill will created by having this kind of
