  19. This is blantantly false.  I've contacted customer-support@borland.com
  20. several times when I had a problem with a product or wanted to place
  21. an order.  Perhaps you expected TECHNICAL support from that address,
  22. which is not currently offered on the net (though I'm hoping it will
  23. be someday soon!)
