  31. That's exactly right, Ralf.  DOS is a single-user, single-tasking
  32. operating system and people wanting something else should use something
  33. else.  Perhaps OS/2 or Windows.  The 640Kb memory barrier is reasonably
  34. easy to 'break' though - the newest form being DPMI.
