  21. Ok, the syntax is something like the following.  Please forgive me, but
  22. I use DOS 5, so this may not work in all earlier versions.

  24. device=RAMDRIVE.SYS <size> </e> </a>
  25.  
  26. where size is the size in Kb of the disk,
  27. /e specifies extended memory
  28. /a specifies expanded memory. (It could be /x, I'm not sure..)
