  27. In my opinion, bringing a new version of DOS, calling it version 6.00 (when
  28. it is (if frisk is right) only a upped- and repackaged DOS 5.00), is pure
  29. insult.  It is like being hit in the face with a wet fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  31. I mean, DOS is a single tasking, single user, program loader.
  32. It doesn't have any wildcard expansions build in.  Every program must
  33. expand the wildcards for it self.

  35. I "Love it" when I'm running a program under DOS on a machine that has (say
  36. 4MB) and getting the error message: Not enough memory (knowing that that
  37. memory came from the drasted 640k memory pool.)  When I _know_ that there
  38. are at least 3MB more memory available.
