- I must give the highest recommendation to "DOS 5 Techniques and
- Utilities", a PC Magazine book by Jeff Prosise. It's 1000+ pages
- with an entire chapter on memory management. I learned more about
- DOS in a few hours with this book than in the rest of my life...
- Includes a disk full of incredibly useful utilities, and even walks
- through the use of assembly language, something I'm personally not
- up to yet. Check it out -- you'll never read the DOS manual again.
-
- It costs $40 list -- I got mine for $30 + $5 shipping from Public
- Brand Software (they have an 800 number, but I don't have it here;
- Email me if you want).
