  13. I have a database file that was produced by a friend's wife and she has no
  14. idea where it came from.  It consists of two parts:  a file with a DOC
  15. extension that appears to contain the list of database fields, and a file
  16. with a FOL extension that appears to have the data.  Anyone have an idea as
  17. to what this format is?  If so, how can I convert it something else?
