- It's also available from several mail-order houses like Programmer's
- Connection. KEDIT includes a subset of REXX as a scripting language;
- if you have Personal REXX you can use the full REXX language for
- macros. (P-REXX is a product of Quercus. It was originaly sold
- under the Mansfield Software Group logo but is now directly supported
- by Quercus.)
-
- Also, if it is of interest KEDIT has both DOS and OS/2 versions
- available. For relatively little money you can upgrade your DOS
- copy to the DOS-and-OS/2 version.
-
- The product is *highly* recommended. It doesn't have the ability to
- automagically handle programming source language functions a la LSE
- on a VMS box, but its functions are so good that at times I'll download
- a file from a UNIX host to my PC in order to do some complex editing which
- would be difficult or impossible on the mainframe.
