  20. I tried installing SLS .98 recently.  After some initial problems (due to
  21. the fact that I'd written to some diskettes using both DOS 3.3 and DOS 5.0)
  22. I did manage to get it to complete the "doinstall" procedure.

  24. I couldn't find the LILO files "boot.b" nor "chain.b" either.
  25. ...and of course, without these LILO is rather *useless*.  Cxu ne?

  27. Overall, I found SLS .98 to be 'scrappy' and the scathing responses from
  28. Peter to my queries didn't help much either.  (His responses in summary
  29. came down to, "Bang your head for ten hours, *then* ask."  What a guy.)
