  16. I encounter a strange problem with 0.98pl4 and Xfree86 1.0 and 1.1.
  17. Depending on the phase of the moon, the wall clock and some flies
  18. crossing through the room, my 1st Xterm simply dies on keyboard input.
  19. If I start another one from the twm-menu, everything will be fine.
  20. This appears to be a very subtle problem to me.

  22. As I mentioned this won't happen everytime but you never know when it will
  23. happen :-(((
  24. Maybe this is connected to the changes in the maximum number of open
  25. file-descriptors ? Would it be sufficient to get Xterm-Sources and simply 
  26. recompile ? Any help appreciated.
