  28. I hate to follow up like this...  I am running xdm and it works great.
  29. Trouble is, I don't think I can help you.  I didn't do anything
  30. special.  (I comment out the -pn option in Xservers because I 
  31. am running tcpip.)  I can type xdm at the command line and away I go.
  32. Right now I am invoking xdm with doshell in rc.local (I comment out
  33. the getty for tty1 in inittab).

  35. Anyway, I know this doesn't help.  I am running 0.98.3+.
