- I have a Digicom Scout Plus ($269 + $10 shipping) from a comp.dcom.modems
- offering a couple months ago. It's v42/v42.bis, v32/v32.bis, send/receive
- fax, comes with WinFaxLite and DosFax software.
-
- I couldn't be more pleased...only thing it doesn't like is a PEP
- tone as the 1st tone when calling a WorldBlazer (who does ?).
-
- I get about 1620 cps zmodem downloading from ProcommPlus and about
- 1300 cps downloading compressed news under Linux from a Telebit Trailblazer.
-
- The only thing I haven't tried yet under Linux is incoming calls with
- uugetty. It *does* work fine with incoming calls under DOS Waffle.
