- Hi. I am looking for a good terminal emulator to run on an old XT beside
- my linux box (so that I can use it as a dumb terminal.) I am
- not looking for anything extravagent (doesn't ever need to be able
- to dial a modem).
-
- I have looked at telix, but it is shareware and for $44 (that's what
- they're asking) I could buy ms-windows (yuck) and use the terminal
- software that comes with it.
-
- If you know of any freeware terminal emulation software for dos that
- would be suitable to connect to linux, please post or drop me a
- message. I guess a vt100/vt200 emulator would be best.
