- Thanks to all who sent suggestions on the Xega problem of not finding
- the 'fixed' font.

- To sum it (in case it isn't in a FAQ and someone wants to put it there)
- the way to fix this beastie is:

- 1) uncompress the fonts in (at least) /usr/X386/lib/X11/fonts/misc
- I've heard people say that these have to be compressed, and yet
- others say they shouldn't. On my system, they had to be uncom-
- pressed.

- 2) execute mkfontdir in each font directory you expect to use.

- Now, if only my busmouse wasn't eratic, I might be able to use Xega and
- have color. )-:
