  15. When I move the mouse cursor below one half of the screen the screen
  16. starts to scroll up. The display is working flawlessly otherwise,
  17. there is no problem using the whole screen other then if I try to move
  18. the cursor down.

  20. When it scrolls up, the top part of the screen eventually comes up
  21. again at the bottom of the screen.
