- When I move the mouse cursor below one half of the screen the screen
- starts to scroll up. The display is working flawlessly otherwise,
- there is no problem using the whole screen other then if I try to move
- the cursor down.

- When it scrolls up, the top part of the screen eventually comes up
- again at the bottom of the screen.
