- I am trying to start up X on my PC. When I boot the machine, the boot
- program would report the following
-
- "No Logitech Bus Mouse detected."
- "No OS/2 Pointing Device detected."
- "No Microsoft Bus Mouse detected."
-
- And when I start up X by startx, the system will run and show
- "xclock" on the left upper corner and popup a window and hang up
- there. It looks like the system is waiting for the mouse input.
-
- I tried to use the mouse, it doesn't work at all. Is this because
- Linux doesn't support my mouse? My mouse is three button DFI mouse,
- which can be set to MicroSoft mouse. And also the mouse works well
- under DOS.
-
- Can anybody tell me what I should do with it?
-
- Thanks,
-
