  12. I've had a couple problems with some of my users changing passwords. 
  13. For some reason, there are 2 restriction on passwords, 1) they must be
  14. 8 characters, and 2 they must have both upper and lower case letters in
  15. them. The first is OK, but the second is rediculous on my system.
  16. Is there a way to set these? or to enable or disable different 
  17. security features in passwd?
