  14. In a previous note I commented on rebuilding GhostView (still no replies
  15. to that query.)
  16. In the process of making GhostView I noticed that if I re-executed make,
  17. ALL objects
  18. (*.o files) would be rebuilt, even those which were older than their
  19. respective source 
  20. files.

  22. Similarly, when I executed "make install", instead of execiting the
  23. install step of the
  24. makefile, make began to rebuild the objects again.!
  25.  
  26. (Yes, I was using a Makefile that came with GhostView, and yes, the
  27. dependencies and 
  28. execution steps looked to be defined properly).

  30. Anybody experience similar make problems under SLS 0.98? Anybody have a fix?
