- I would think that the very fact that they _tell_ you about the stupid thing
- in the documentation would ameliorate the situation. I do suppose that one
- could find a lawyer (see rec.humor) hungry enough to take such a case. One
- supposes that MWC could find a lawyer hungry enough to take you to court for
- suggesting in slanderous fashion, that their innocent, announced message, is
- or could be construed to be subliminal advertising. With the litigious
- climate of the day, anything is possible. Of course, I also suppose that the
- outcome of either of these possible lawsuits would most likely be getting
- thrown out of court as specious. Personally, I don't think the issue is
- worth the bandwidth any more. But that's just my opinion, of course.
