- Yes, you must surrender the papers, but you don't have to make any effort to
- translate them. E.G. All my papers are written in Outer Slobovian, I got to
- turn them over, but they got to get their own translator. I remember reading
- about court cases that deal with just this translation issue. So, please
- explain how excryption is any different then the use of an obscure foreign
- language?
