  17. "Add classes to Cobol" or "Cobol with Object Division".

  22. OO additions have been rather successfully made even to lower-level
  23. languages than Cobol (at least C).  If it is important to let all those
  24. C programmers move gradually over to more or less OOP without quitting
  25. their old language abruptly, why should the same convenience be
  26. denied to the much larger number of Cobol programmers?
