  13. I missed some of this thread.  Did it already come out that ADSL
  14. requires an "unloaded" pair?  If the run from the phone central office
  15. is less than 18,000 feet, it is about 70% likely to be "non-loaded".
  16. If the run is greater than that, there is loading somewhere.
