  21. I was once advised about how to figure out how much my time is worth when deciding on
  22. personal projects to take on, such as cutting my lawn, changing oil in the car,
  23. remodeling the bathroom, etc.  Take your base hourly net wage (after taxes, etc.) and 
  24. multiply it by two-thirds.  Multiply that by the number of hours you expect it to take 
  25. you to complete the project.  If it costs you more to pay someone else to do it
  26. (and all the outside advantages/disadvantages even out) do it yourself.

  28. In this case, you could charge two-thirds of your hourly wage.  Or you could call a 
  29. resume or typing service and charge a similar rate.  Whatever you do, charge a fair 
  30. price but don't cheat yourself.
