- Using fcntl locking generally works, another important point in to wach
- for the direct/dirent stuff, and maybe if you have some sort of BSD
- library on your system take great care on the #define's. One can easily
- make a mistake and compile-in the wrong directory handling library, which
- does not make Sendmail apparently failing, but "mailq" and queue runs
- definitely don't work in that case.
