  16. I built ELM 2.3, and as suggested earlier, set my $MAIL variable
  17. to ~/mailbox.  I then ran elm, which says:

  20. ELM requires the use of a folders directory to store your mail folders in.
  21. Shall I create the directory /usr/staff/wsadkin/Mail for you (y/n)?

  23. Our home directories DO NOT live in /usr/staff!  (and I don't see the 
  24. option in configure to change this...) I want it to be ~/Mail...
