  10. There's an intermittent oddity in ELM 2.4PL8 (and previous) when an editor
  11. starts up for a reply. We have the editor set up for MicroEMACS, and
  12. most times (but _not_ always) a stray RETURN character seems to get
  13. injected before the user gets a chance to type anything, so that the screen
  14. draws to show the message, then scrolls down one line.

  16. It only happens when invoking the editor from ELM, and is _never_ seen with
  17. ELM 2.3
