  22. 1.  The name is sigdashes, not "dashes".  Gordon had reason to be unsure.
  23. 2.  The four-line limit is one imposed by some implementation of inews.
  24.     It applies to netnews postings, not to email.  There should be no problem
  25.     with Elm if you have a longer signature file; your correspondents might
  26.     not like it, though.
