- I have a question about the dot locking, too:

- I noticed that elm creates a dotlock file ONLY, if it is started like this:
- elm
- elm -f /u/spiegl/mailbox
- elm -f ~/mailbox

- but NOT, if called like this: (provided I am in the correct dir, of course)
- elm -f mailbox
- elm -f spiegl/mailbox
- elm -f u/spiegl/mailbox
- etc.

- It also does not create a lock file when used with any other mailbox file
- which is not my incoming mailbox (/u/spiegl/mailbox), e.g. some mailbox
- in my Mail directory.
