  13. I am trying WITHOUT success to compile the kit for Perl 3.0 on a 486-based
  14. ISC 3.0 system. I have tried everything but "no joy".
  15.  
  16. Do I need GNU C to do this? If not, can anyone with ISC 3.0 please pass
  17. some hints my way. I am a C programming novice so please keep that in mind.
