- I think that this would be an excellent thing to do. It would be
- quite strightforward to do - you could provide a libdsap interface
- with the string prarameters defined as for DISH.

- In a similar vein, it would be very useful to have an SNMP capable
- PERL (something on the lines of the existing SNMP capable GAWK). I'd
- prefer an active interface (the GAWK has a passve interface, relying
- on variables with side effects).

- pointers and encouragement. A tool with these capabilities would be
- very useful for a range of system administration tasks
