- I am trying to implement a type of security system on a dos based machine.
-
- I'm not sure if this is possible, but I'm wanting to implement a TSR that
- will emulate a PATH NOT FOUND error if the person is not allowed access
- to that directory.
-
- I'm not worried at all about the TSR part. I'm working on creating the
- actual program first. All I need/want to do is intercept calls to the hard
- drive and check the path for any access, and deny/allow pass through or
- intercept the activity.
-
- I'm not even sure that any of this is possible. If someone knows, please
- reply via email with some ideas and/or methods on how to do this.
-
- Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
