  12. Does Borland Pascal 7 let you develop DOS & Windows packages from the
  13. same compiler? Someone at tech support told me they were going to try
  14. to get me an upgrade to TPW 1.5, since I only have 1.0, but if BP will
  15. do both DOS and Windows, then I'll upgrade to BP7 instead.
