  16. Let me insert some informational facts here.  Newgroup creation is a
  17. complicated process which takes about three months to go through
  18. from square one.  The Turbo Pascal group has been suggested before
  19. and if someone is prepared to take it seriously on, please first
  20. read the UseNet rules of newsgroup creation

  23. Please understand this note correctly.  I am not opposed.  On the
  24. contrary.  I would certainly vote yes for a comp.lang.pascal.tp. 
  25. But before the users get too carried away, it pays to find out the
  26. realities of newsgroup creation process.

  31. The answer to your first question is in the above.  However, the
  32. suggestion has been done before, as I said, and nothing came of it. 
  33. But perhaps the time is riper now.  But someone has to voluteer to
  34. do a _LOT_ of work first by taking on the lengthy official process. 
  35. Else this discussion leads nowhere.  (These are the facts of UseNet
  36. life).
