- If memory serves me correctly, the Object Windows Library is part of the
- Applications Frameworks (with the other part being Turbo Vision for DOS),
- which is included in one of the two optional purchase options for Borland
- C++ (as in with and without Applications Frameworks). If you don't have it,
- you probably purchased Borland C++ 3.0 w/o the Applications Frameworks.
- Both Object Windows and Turbo Vision can be purchased from Borland, and
- _might_ be available at your favorite retail outlet as separate purchase
- items.

- You might also want to consider a possible upgrade from Borland C++ 3.0 to
- Borland C++ 3.1 w/AF.
