  10. Where can one find Borland's Object Windows Library?  I thought it came
  11. with Borland C++ 3.0 compiler, but I found a copy of it, and no OWL. 
  12. Everything else is there, as far as I can tell.

  14. Is there a copy of the OWL at an FTP site somewhere?

  16. Please help!  I don't want to attempt Windows(tm) programming without it!
