- Yes, one fundamental comment.

- We should partition the group functionally, not on the basis of
- experience. Choice of platform and operating system is a good
- method (PC/DOS, etc.). Application area is another possibility.
- But a major aspect of these newsgroups is the ability to interact
- with others who know more (or less).
