- I would be very suprised if anyone did this. gcc 2.3.1 has a bug in which it
- does not generate code for inline friend functions. Since the MetaDef()
- macro defines three of these functions, and MetaDef is used by almost every
- class definition, you'll see hundreds of unresolved symbols.
