  24. that might be better elsewhere but I dount that comp.os.msdos is
  25. appropriate. People using C++ want support from other C++ users,
  26. comp.os.msdos is likely to be even more flooded.

  28.     It might be appropriate to have a comp.newuser.c++
  29. group or some other forum to soak up some of the postings 
  30. that really have nowhere else to go.

  32.     As more an more PC users have both PC's and Internet access,
  33. and C++ becomes more and more popular, the number of postings
  34. relating to the C++ language itself in this group is likely to 
  35. diminish proportionally unless an appropriate new group is formed.
