  16. you are crazy not to buy the E.T.O CD subscription if you can afford it.
  17. looots of useful online documentation about writing programs for the mac.
  18. not all specifically for c++, but since the compiler is the same as AT&T
  19. releases, you get the AT&T library documentation on the CD as well...
