I have a problem with a a program i am writing: all the source-files compiles to .obj files
without a problem, but when the linker is invoked, it aborts to dos after a few files with the
following text:
exception 13: general protection fault at 0B1F:A3AF error code 0000
then it writes the contents of the registers, and then
error code 0000 limit=INVL segment#
handled exeception 000D at 0b1f a3af ErrCode 0000
I have not had this problem with other compilation of multiple files, so it is not a general problem with the compiler/linker. can anyone give me a pointer to what might be wrong ?
any help or information welcome.
thanks in advance.
