- Hi there,
-
- Once again, I'm posting a message for a friend who does not have net access.
- He is on email, though, and replies will reach him at sean@camscan.co.uk
-
- Thanks for any help you can give him.

- Hi,
-
- I'm using POVRAY to generate animations (any comments about other packages
- welcome) and I'm having problems with the colour palette on playback. I'm
- using TGAFLI to create the .FLI files and PLAY the play them. However the
- palette seems to be corrupted on playback.
-
- I don't think there is anything wrong with the .FLI file since I can use
- WAAPLAY under W3.1 and everything is OK - no palette faults. What am I
- doing wrong - is this a known bug in play? (I'm using PLAY as opposed to
- WAAPLAY because PLAY is much faster).
-
- Thanks in advance.

- PS Is there any way to display more than 256 colours on the screen? I have
- heard of TGVIEW but can't find it and don't have access to Archie. I have
- full colour Targa files and a TSENG4000 video card so I can display 64K
- colours - BUT HOW??!!! it would make all this rendering time so much more
- worthwhile.
