  12. To anyone,
  13.     I'm presently involved in a project that need to generate a color
  14. scale. I need information on how to determine whether the step from a color (in
  15. RGB),c, to another color ,c', can occur in some Permissible Color Scale.  Also 
  16. how to measure the change in terms of Just Noticeable Differences(JNDs) caused 
  17. by moving from the color c to the color c'. Note that the JND information here
  18. is based on the CIELUV Uniform Color Space (UCS).
