  10. I was reading the Australia / New Zealand issue of Borland Connection 
  11. and saw an ad for an editor called "ED" (imaginative name, huh?).  Apparantly 
  12. it comes in DOS and Windows versions, and is meant to be really hot 
  13. stuff by the look of the quotes they printed in the ad (eg "ED has obviously 
  14. been well thought out by a software developer as a 'dream come true' 
  15. tool for other sofwtare developers" - UK British Aerospace, Aug 92, 
  16. "ED is _the_ most comprehensive, flexible, tailourable and productive 
  17. editor the evaluation team has ever seen. It far excels editors such 
  18. as Brief, Winedit, Qedit..." - UK British Aerospace, Aug 92).

  20. I've been thinking of buying a decent editor for my PC (DOS based, I 
  21. don't like Windows) and I was leaning towards Brief because of its builtin 
  22. programming language (I'm used to using the Prime version of Emacs at 
  23. work, with its PEEL language), but if this ones better...  Has anybody 
  24. seen it?  The ad said it was "developed by: Soft As It Gets Pty Ltd", 
  25. which I guess is an Ausi company.
