I am looking for a way to be able to ingest digital data into a Sun Sparc2 or IPX at a fairly high rate (ie.  5-10 megabytes per second in a burst for on the order of 10 seconds).  I was thinking of using an AT&T DSP32C add on card as a front end.  Does anyone have any information on sources of boards with this processor (SBus or VME bus) that have high I/O bandwidth. If anyone has any opinions or insight into solutions for this problem, I would appreciate that as well.
