  12. Let me add my voice as another satisfied Intel 400 SatisFAXtion modem owner.
  13. My major plus for Intel: support.  I had initial problems with the modem,
  14. and have been able to download patches from their BBS.  Moreover, it is
  15. clear to me that they are continuing to work on maintaining/fixing 
  16. problems that still exist, or pop up under later DOS/Windows versions, with
  17. their product.  After dealing with MediaVision for software support on their
  18. multimedia upgrade package, Intel looks very good indeed.
