  13.    I've a stupid question.  The local dealer of US Robotics told me that the
  14. USR is the only modem in Taiwan which is CCITT approved.  But someone told me
  15. there is no anything called CCITT approved, only standard compatible.  Which
  16. one is true?  By the way, can anyone buy the CCITT's recommandation?  Or only
  17. members of CCITT can?
