- So my suggestions are:

- 1) Don't pick up extensions while online
- 2) Buy a duofone TeleProtector ( radioshack catalog 43-107) for
- every extension phone. This will switch off each extension
- while you are online so it does matter if you pick up an
- extension.
- 3) Play with the S10 carrier loss S-Register time. (yuck)
- Carrier loss is already a flaky issue when it comes to
- v.32 modems that I wouldn't suggest playing with it.
