  24. And I believed Belgium was a represive country.
  25. I imported my ZyXEL modem from the USA and had no problems.
  26. As far as I know there is an ECC ruling (somethimes they do intelligent
  27. things :-) to open the telecom market and local PTT's are or will only
  28. be allowed to cut a line when they prove you interfere with their operations.
  29. From what I can observe in Belgium ECC is only legalizing of what is
  30. happening in the real world.
