- And I believed Belgium was a represive country.
- I imported my ZyXEL modem from the USA and had no problems.
- As far as I know there is an ECC ruling (somethimes they do intelligent
- things :-) to open the telecom market and local PTT's are or will only
- be allowed to cut a line when they prove you interfere with their operations.
- From what I can observe in Belgium ECC is only legalizing of what is
- happening in the real world.
